Originally a Kiwi – I was raised in Hong Kong and spent 28 years there before moving to Sydney in 2007. I held leadership positions in technology, health services and property in Hong Kong and later was employed as a strategic business partner focused on leadership and organizational development for a large financial institution based in Sydney. I have been coaching and facilitating for over 20 years.
I had an amazing coach and mentor early in my career who encouraged me to go to university as an adult student and help set my pathway into HR, leadership development and then ultimately, coaching and coach training. I love helping people to unlock their potential and succeed in what matters most to them.
During my coaching sessions you can expect to be encouraged to build awareness around your leadership and communication style, gain insights into personal strengths and access strategies to overcome barriers to success – whatever that may be for you. You may feel both challenged and supported as we work through issues that are holding you back from what you want out of your job, and your life.
I take a whole person and strengths-based approach to coaching which means understanding that we don’t just bring a small part of ourselves to work and that we work best when we are able to apply our stengths. I have a strong interest in wellbeing and I believe that life-balance is critical in creating long-term sustainable results.
Many of my clients have experienced increase in self-confidence, clarity of purpose, and better work relationships as a result of coaching.
