I’ve been an executive coach, facilitator and consultant for the past 15 years. Previously, I was in the automotive industry as head of marketing for two luxury brands, but started my career in professional services.
My varied background adds to my success as a coach, by providing different perspectives and first hand experience.
Coaching individuals and teams is a real privilege as I get to truly connect with people and create a safe space for them to find their own insights and learnings. On top of this I love that I learn from each and every engagement – I learn about human nature, organisations and some truly random stuff! This comes full circle and gives me new insights and strengthens my abilities as a coach.
My coaching style is pragmatic. My approach is underpinned by solution-focused frameworks and evidence-based methodologies however I believe my real asset is my ability to listen, to question, to challenge and to also listen to what’s not being said. This allows me to challenge the coachee even more to see new perspectives. My coaching sessions are all about you – I am here to push you to be your best and that is through good old fashioned communication. We get results, AND we have fun on the way!
I work within a variety of different industries from financial services, media and consumer products right through to not-for-profits, government and tech-based businesses. I understand the challenges that first-time leaders face, as well as senior leaders, and the impact this can have.
I have a BA (Mass Comm), an MBA as well as the highest level of coaching accreditation through the IECL. I’m also accredited in many profiling tools such as LSI, HBDI, MBTI, Disc etc. – But it’s my experience, curiosity and lateral thinking that helps coachees to see new perspectives.
