I am Australian, and I work across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to returning to Sydney in 2019, I lived in Asia for 19 years.
Before I took up leadership coaching, I had 20 years in Financial Services leading newly formed business units or helping to re-generate existing businesses through innovative product initiatives.
I have also started my own businesses in 3 different countries.
Coaching equips executives to develop their own leadership style, to discover their own hidden strengths, and to appreciate the diversity in others. I am very committed to helping emerging leaders to grow their own authentic capacity to lead businesses, and diverse teams.
Developing my team coaching capability has been a revelation, as business execution often happens through teams. High performing teams have found effective ways of working together and leveraging the sum of their parts.
I challenge my clients to accelerate their own self-awareness and I support them to find their own strength-based leadership style to enable them to deal with more complicated challenges and more diverse environments. I will help my clients to leverage previously hidden capabilities and develop new ways of tackling complex problems. This applies to both individuals and teams.
I am equally comfortable in a strategy conversion as I am in a personal exploration of deeper change and I believe that both are fundamental to better leadership. Core to my work is helping emerging leaders to expand their capacity for bigger roles, or helping someone shake off a limiting behaviour, or facilitating a diverse team in gaining momentum around a shared purpose, project, or vision.
From a range of industries including Energy; Food & Alcohol; Financial Services; Manufacturing; Oil and Gas; Professional Services; and Technology. I have worked with over 300 individuals and 30 teams across 13 countries. I have also worked with a number of senior executives from Social Development /NFP/Philanthropy sectors.
