Leadership Statement

We may have our own views of what good leadership is and the impact we want to have, however we have to go beyond our own ideas of what is important, and consider what others need from us to make our leadership impact more meaningful and useful.

This reflective exercise will help you create a vision of who you are as a leader and starts by asking the important people around you what they need from you as a leader.
