Online modules and pre-work are used to engage participants before the workshop and create reflection and shared learning post workshop to deepen learning and embed the application of new skills at work. Copies of the models used and references to other learning resources are provided. Individuals write their own action plan to share with their managers as part of the program.
Group and individual GLWS reports can be used to give deeper insights and understanding to participants.
