Murray brings presence and commitment to the relationship. He explores with individuals and teams the tension between what is possible and the current state, creating energy to bridge the gap and deliver the results that matter.

He adopts a systemic approach to broaden his clients’ understanding of the world they are operating in and their relationships. This enables development of leadership processes and skills to adapt quickly to change and stay relevant.

With models and theories underpinning his approach, it is about doing practical work on real issues and leveraging learning throughout the engagement.


BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

Murray has worked in Europe, the Middle East, South-East Asia and Australia in hotels, tertiary education and consulting.

His Group GM roles for Australian hotel chains required management of difficult stakeholder relationships, as well as driving change in culture and ways of operating as part of transition.

Murray continues to work within the Hospitality industry, as well as across a large array of businesses; from Government and major corporations through to smaller, family-owned organisations.
