Try leaving the agenda and process at the door and see what emerges.
I did a check in session with a very busy, under pressure process driven team yesterday.
There was no agenda, no process, just 5 minutes to breathe - the 'pause' to allow the thinking to kick in.
A simple question 'what's been happening?' opened up the space.
The conversation found its own path and threw up some great stuff. At the end the team left the session more connected, clearer on the goal and next steps, energised and committed.
A great reminder that process can help, but it can also get in the way if held on to too tightly.
