Leaders are not perfect, we need to support them and show more leadership ourselves.
We often look for leadership and can be critical of our leaders, however the reaility is that there will never be a perfect leader. So instead of looking for them to change and improve,  ask youself where you can do more and show leadership to make up for their weaknesses.
