I use Jennifer Garvey Berger’s 4 minute video explaining the Cynefin model and complexity with individual leaders and teams to step back and think about whether the challenges they face sit in the predictable or unpredictable world and if their approach is suited.

This has created significant shifts in how they view and understand their situation resulting in momentum built on small experiments rather than being stuck trying to find the elusive 'simple’ and perfect solution to the complex challenge.
