Struggling to work out what the team needs to work on?
Ask your stakeholders.
I was working with a team recently and they were struggling to get a view of how they could work better together - they had given themselves great scores in their survey.
When I asked them to stand in the customers' shoes, and then their own team members' shoes, and look at the team from the outside, their perspective shifted opening up the conversations and a clearer view of where to focus and what to do.
Whenever you a or your team are stuck, see what you learn from standing in someone else's shoes.
